Derogations provided for in Article 49 of the RGPD: if none of the previous solutions is applicable, the transfer may be carried out on the basis of one of the derogations provided for in Article 49 of the RGPD, such as the explicit consent of the data subject or the performance of a contract with the data subject.

Security

Our concern is to preserve the quality and integrity of your personal data. Conservation

Your personal data processed by CLUB EXPORT REUNION is kept in France, for a period adapted to the purpose of each processing and, when CLUB EXPORT REUNION acts as a subcontractor to carry out a mission, for the period defined contractually with the customer increased by legal requirements.
